Our room was very quiet, which was amazing. The front desk staff were very kind and very patient with weary travelers.

The location was good. The inside of the hotel was beautiful. The staff was very grit and helpful. The food was good eating I’m the restaurants. Room service meals were cold and no syrup with pancakes. Shower hard to operate for a senior. Tv selections limited, especially baseball games.

We h ad one person that cleaned our room who was excellent, the others on the weekend not so much

Our breakfast was wonderful although it took quite a while for it to come out. The staff at the restaurant was wonderful. When we reached our room there was no extra beds so they brought one they brought extra sheets they brought extra pillows we could not have asked for more. Room did not have a refrigerator but they brought it right away although it did freeze my Coke.

I wish there was an option for a complimentary continental breakfast. Other than that, the quality of the breakfast and service was fine
